Hi, I’m Katelyn and I have been working for over 12 years in healthcare and 3 years in the dental field. ’ll be one of the first people to greet you at the front desk. I’ve been working in healthcare for over 9 years and have loved learning about dentistry over the past year. When you arrive at the office, I’ll help guide you through your appointment and answer any questions you may have. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my dog, family, friends, and anything that has to do with the outdoors.
Mandy (Office Manager)
Hello, my name is Mandy and I have a combined 15 years in finance and management and over 7 years in the dental field. I believe patient care should revolve around excellent customer service so that we can make our patients feel comfortable with all treatment, even during stressful times. What I enjoy most about my job is meeting patients and educating them about their benefits. I strive to put them at ease about their dental needs -- whether it's answering questions about the financial aspects and insurance or helping explain the basic steps of their upcoming dental procedure. When I'm not at the office, you can find me spending time with my family, organizing my house (I love being organized!), enjoying the outdoors or riding my bike.
Deedra (Dental Hygienist)
I’ve been working in the dental field for over 25 years – I first started out working as an orthodontist’s assistant, then decided to go VWCC for dental hygiene school and have been practicing as a dental hygienist ever since. When you come to our office, my goal is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in the dental chair, just like you are one of our family members. I have loved being a part of the Allen Family Dentistry team where we put patient care and relationships first. When I’m not at the dental office, I enjoy traveling, vacationing and spending time with my family of 7 kids, 3 dogs and 5 guinea pigs.
Melissa (Dental Hygienist)
I’ve been working in the dental field for over 20 years. What I love most about my job is knowing I can help patients better understand the science of gum health and show them new ways to help keep their gums healthy and teeth shining bright. When I’m not at the dental office, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my kids play sports, running and spending time at the lake.
